Volunteering Webinar – Shalva Chkheidze

On November 8, International Education and Development Academy (IEDA) conducted its inaugural webinar on the objectives and advantages of volunteering. The speaker for the event was Shalva Chkheidze, an individual with extensive expertise in volunteer work. Shalva is the founder and executive director of the Europe-Georgia Institute, holds a Master’s  degree in Education Administration and Policy, serves as a senior teacher of history and civic education, and is an invited lecturer at the Free University for courses such as “Old World History” and “History of East Asian Policy.” Additionally, he is a civic activist from Kharagauli and the commander of the General Mazniashvili Youth Legion’s Kharagauli unit.

Shalva Chkheidze discussed the significance of volunteering for both societal benefit and individual development. The participants also posed inquiries regarding the certified course.
